| Sebastian
Puig is CEO of SP STRATUM and a strategic advisor specialising in defence
industrial strategy, economic security, logistics, financial management and
organisational transformation in complex environments. A Colonel of the Spanish Navy in the Active Reserve, he most recently served as Head of the Executive Office at the Directorate-General for Strategy and Innovation of the Defence Industry within the Spanish Ministry of Defence. Across a long professional career, he has worked at the intersection of strategy, finance, capability development and international programmes. His experience includes several operational and staff assignments within the Spanish Navy, Spanish MoD and international postings in the United States, as well as extensive work in the European Union institutions dealing with Security and Defence. He holds an advanced academic profile in economics, finance and defence management and regularly writes and speaks on industrial resilience, strategic autonomy, supply chains and the economic security of critical industries. |
